Mixing system

Aggregates Batcher
The aggregates batcher can be designed to earth batcher,semi-earth batcher and ground batcher.The aggregates hoppers can be designed from 3 to 5 hoppers.The hopper dischange gates are conlroled by computer via pneumatic cylinders to discharge the aggregates into the weighing hopper through twice of quick and slow speed.The weighing methods of aggregates can be designed to independent weighing and comulete weighing.
Mixing Frame

The Wquid weighing system
1. It uses the tigh sensitive sensor to weight;the water pump pulls the water into weighing hopper,the air-drive butterfly controls and weigh,when it finishes,through the two ways of pipe into the mixer.The additive weighing is the same.2. The additive of scale has the special protection device to protect the leaking; the measurement uses the push and pull of sensor of weghing hopper,when the measurement of additive is over,it mixes the additive and the water that is ejected into the mixer.
Aggregater conveying system
1. The aggregate belt conveyer is truss frame with quick assembly configuration .The inclination angle is less than 20 normally. If the chevron patterm belt is used. The inclination angle will be less then 27. The belt tension device is weight dropping type for easy  adjustment .2. The conveyer is sealed completely.
Computer control system
1. All the control system uses the industrial computer to control. The material weighing, transportation, mixing, discharge are produced automatically. it also can deal the data in time,and it has two ways to operate, one is automatic control, another is manual control, it is easy and convenient to operate.2. The control screen shows the working process, so it is direct and clear. it can deposit the various ratio and data and print the different report forms.
Environmental protection design
