Detailed Product Description
fixed concrete batching plant apopting twin-shaft compulsory mixer, it can mix evenly and efficiency. Driven by IPC, the operation is easy and highly automatic, which qualifies it for large-scale infrastructure projects in the construction of roads, bridges, dams, airports and ports.
The standard plant consist of 9 units, as follow:
- aggregate bin (3/4bins);
- aggregate weighing system (adopting the accumulative measurement, then distributed by flat belt)
- aggregate feeding system ( adopting the stepped decline belt conveyor)
- mixer (adopting twin-shaft compulsory mixer)
- mixer tower (adopt stain with high intensity and special craft for welding so it is very strong, contain stairs and rails)
- water weighing system
- cement weighing system
- additive weighing system
- control system:controlled by computer with whole auto-operarte, with the 15 years experience, the controlling procedure is designed perfectly. and the system needn't professional to operate. the people who get simple training can operate.
- optional parts:1, screw conveyor for cement(Φ219,Φ273,Φ323); 2,cement silo (50T/100T/150T/200T)
